Study on Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction Technology of Maotai Distiller’s Grains
The optimum technological conditions for supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of aroma-producing substances from Maotai distiller’s grains were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Through validation tests, it was determined that the extraction rate was the highest under the conditions of loading coefficient 0.5, pressure of extraction kettle 30 MPa, temperature of extraction kettle 47 C, frequency of carbon dioxide pump 21 r/min, temperature of separation kettle I 47 C and pressure of separation kettle I 8 MPa.
