Supercritical CO2 Extraction Machine Requirements for Operating Staff
a)Operating staff should pass the special equipment operating training and operate the equipment with a special equipment operating permission from local supervisory agency.
b)Operating staff should be familiar with the equipment’s structure and performance, have a good knowledge of CO2’s physiochemical properties and the operating procedures of the equipment and its auxiliary equipment.
c)Operating staff should be familiar with related regulations of pressure vessels and master relevant knowledge of pressure vessels and accessories.
d)Operating staff should pass the special equipment operating training and operate the equipment with a special equipment operating permission from local supervisory agency.
e)It must be done by professional electricians with approval from special technical staff to disassemble and assemble power system, control system, electric components, and frequency converters. Without permission, it’s forbidden to disassemble and assemble electric cabinet, computer, frequency converters, regulating valve, flowmeter, instrument, etc. within warranty period. Otherwise, warranty becomes invalid.
f)Only operating staff and test engineer from this workshop can operate the equipment.
