Rapid Detection of Four Aflatoxins in Cereals by Supercritical Extraction-Supercritical Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
A method for the determination of aflatoxin in cereals by supercritical extraction-supercritical chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. Methods the samples were extracted with supercritical CO2- methanol (98: 2, V/V) as extractant. The supercritical CO2 and methanol were used as mobile phase gradient elution and separated by Shim-pack UC-X RP C18 chromatographic column (150 mm 4.6 4.6, 3 m). Results The mass of aflatoxin Bl, B2, G1 and G2 ranged from 0.5 to 20 ng, and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998. The linear relationship was good. The recoveries of standard addition in rice flour and corn dregs were 92.3%-107.9%, 93.0%-106.1%, 93.4%-104.9%, 92.8%-102.2%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.0%-4.3%, 3.2%-4.5%, 3.0%-4.6%, 3.0%-4.5%(n=6), respectively. G. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, simple, safe and accurate, and can be used for the determination of aflatoxin Bl, B2, G1 and G2 residues in cereals.
