Operation mode of extraction cycle
The plant is a three-extractor and two-extractor supercritical extraction device, which can realize four working modes: one-extractor, two-extractor in parallel, two-extractor, three-extractor in series. It is recommended to use one-extractor and two-extractor in series.
a) one-extractor working mode (take R101 as an example)
After the extractor R101 is packed with materials, close the series valves between R101 and R102, R102 and R103, R103 and R101, and the inlet/outlet valves of R102 and R103, and R101 operates alone;
b) Two-extractor in parallel operation mode (take R101→R102 as an example)
After R101 and R102 are packed, shut off the series valve between R101 and R102, R102 and R103, R103 and R101, and the inlet and outlet valves of R103. At the same time, open the inlet and outlet valves of R101 and R102. mode;
c) Two-extractor in series working mode (taking R101→R102 as an example)
After the extractor R101 is loaded with the material, the pressurized heating system is turned on for extraction. The extractor R102 is then loaded with the material, the R102 outlet valve is opened, and then the series valve between R101 and R102 is opened. When the pressures of the two extractors are balanced, they are closed. R101 outlet valve, to achieve series extraction of R101 and R102; at this time R103 inlet and outlet valves and R103 and R101 series valves in the closed state, R103 does not work in the working mode;
d) Three-extractor in series working mode (taking R101→R102→R103 as an example):
After the extractor R101 is loaded with the material, the pressurized heating system is turned on for extraction. The extractor R102 is then loaded with the material, the R102 outlet valve is opened, and then the series valve between R101 and R102 is opened. When the pressures of the two extractors are balanced, they are closed. R101 outlet valve, to achieve serial extraction of R101 and R102, according to the same method
Install R103, open the R103 outlet valve, and then open the series valve between R102 and R103. When the pressures of the three extractors are balanced, close the R101 outlet valve to achieve the working mode of three series of R101, R102 and R103.
