Two-extractor in series working mode (R101→R102 as an example)
Take R101 → R102 two-extractor series work as an example to introduce the operation process. The series operation of R102→R103 and the series operation of R103→R101 are the same as the series operation of R101→R102. However, the valve is different from the operation process of extractor R101 in the operation process. The specific valve number refers to the 700L×3 flow chart, R101 → R102 operation is as follows:
a) According to 4.3.2.1 a) ~ h) to complete the R101 standby pressure, R101 after the extraction work, the loading of the material into the extraction vessel R102 after R102 kettle closed and quickly open in place;
b) Open R102 outlet valve J39, open R101, R102 series valve J29;
c) Close the outlet valve R38 of R101. When CO2 enters R101, it enters R102 through J29. When R102 reaches the extraction cycle;
d) After R101 reaches the extraction cycle time specified by the process, R101 pressure relief can be performed.
